For the last seven years, I've guided women and men through reiki sessions, women's circles, breathwork journeys, and private coaching.

One thread running through all of it: helping you remember who you've always been.

I don't believe you need to be fixed. I believe you need to be reminded.

My Journey

My path into healing wasn't a straight line, it was a 30-move adventure across cities and states, a six-month solo backpacking journey through the sacred regions of Mexico, and thousands of hours exploring what it actually means to heal: not just emotionally, but energetically, somatically, and spiritually.

Growing up moving constantly gave me an early understanding of adaptability and what it means to build a home within yourself. That inner compass eventually led me to Kundalini yoga, meditation, and the world of energy work — where I found my calling not as someone who heals others, but as a guide who helps people access their own healing.

What I've always believed and what every experience has confirmed; is that the medicine is within. I'm not here to heal you. I'm here to remind you that you've always had the power to heal yourself.

Events & Public Speaking

It's an honor to serve the community, whether that be with a breathwork sound journey or speaking at a summit. I'm happy to lead from my heart where ever you wish to place me.

In the video above, I was given the opportunity to speak at a Beauty & Business event, where I shared with the audience that trust and faith are all you need to guide you toward your dreams. Sometimes, what you believe you desire isn't necessarily what ultimately occurs.

Reiki Master Teacher

Since 2019, I have been Certified in level 1, 2, master & teacher in reiki, and my journey into sound healing and reiki has taken many beautiful paths and evolutions. Once you begin your journey into "energy work," something resonates and the practice becomes truly yours. Ours.

Breathwork Facilitator & Sound Healer

Since 2021, I've been facilitating breathwork and sound healing sessions, though my fascination with sound began long before, I secretly always thought I would become a musician or a dj, so this is close enough hehe.

In 2011, I stumbled upon different understandings that had to do with frequencies and discovered how different tones could harmonize the body. That was the beginning of the musical pandora's box for me.

By 2013, I was intregied by all these different plant medicines and why they did what they "did" - that's when I came across the Pineal Gland & DMT rabbit holes, which ultimately sparked my journey into breathwork.

While working as a wellness event coordinator at The Sacred Space Miami in 2019, a transformative experience with Wim Hof's team shifted everything for me. Today, I integrate breathwork with sound healing to guide others in profoundly EXPANSIVE experiences.

Spiritual Mindset Coach

In 2019, I found myself perfectly prepared to be the coach that so many needed in 2020, marking the true launch of my spiritual mindset coaching journey. Since then, I’ve become a catalyst for perception shifts for those ready to open their minds. Through my coaching, I guide clients in exploring the power of the subconscious mind, the art of mantra, and the energetic teachings of figures like Carlos Castaneda and Byron Katie, among many others.

I fell in love with helping others—not as a therapist, but as a spiritual best friend who can help untangle the mind, reorganize thoughts, and provide energetic practices that bring clarity. I keep my clients accountable on their journey, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

The Journey
